JOB OPENING:

MEP Engineer

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparation of MEP technical drawings and calculation
Handle authorities’ compliance, submission, discussion, and approval in accordance with the project requirements.
Site supervise all MEP works according to project requirements and standards.
Checking all MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and RFI's from the contractors prior to site execution
Initiates Testing and commissioning before project's final completion.

Qualifications:

Applicant must have technical expertise and be able to do designing of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial types of buildings (HVAC, Electrical, Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and Alarm systems)
Knowledgeable of authorities rules & and regulations (DM, DEWA, DCD & others)
Able to do design & and drafting using Autocad and Revit experience is an advantage.
Able to handle site inspection

Junior Civil/Structural Engineer (with Dubai Municipality G+4 license)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ability to manage the project supervision stage.
Monitor, Record, and Update the site progress reports (in authority portal).
Attending Site Inspections, Meetings with Client, Contractors and other stake holders.
Review of Contractor's Material Submittals.
Certify Contractor payment certificate.
Able to prepare the basic Structural Design / Analysis models and calculations for all types of buildings.
Coordinate within the design team and other disciplines and Authorities.

Qualifications:

Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural engineering.
Registered DM (G+4) – Civil/Structural Engineer worked in Consultant Office.
With a minimum of 4 years (up to 7 years) of post-graduate experience in the field of Engineering Consultancy in Dubai- UAE.
Experience in site supervision.
Knowledgeable in using structural software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD Pro, Autocad, Revit & others).
Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.

Senior Structural Engineer (with Dubai Municipality G+12 license)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepares Structural Design / Analysis models and calculations for all types of buildings.
Have strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage construction site supervision.
Coordinate within the design team and other disciplines and Authorities.

Qualifications:

Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural engineering.
Registered DM G+12 – Civil/Structural Engineer.
With a minimum of 7 years (up to 10 years) of post-graduate experience in the field of Engineering Consultancy in Dubai- UAE.
Knowledgeable in using structural software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP, STAAD Pro, Autocad, Revit & others).
Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare Concept / Presentation design and Detailed drawings for all types of buildings.
With experience in the preparation of working drawings for authorities' submission and discussion.
Coordination within the design team and other disciplines and Authorities.

Qualifications:

With a minimum of 8 years of Dubai, UAE work experience (up to 12 years) in the field of Engineering Consultancy firm.
knowledgeable in Dubai - Building Code & Regulations is required.
Knowledgeable in using design software such as REVIT (advanced level), 3D MAX (advanced level), LUMION (advanced level), AutoCAD (advanced level), Sketch–Up, Photo Shop & others.
Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
