JOB OPENING:

Senior Architect - Team Leader (Revit Designer / 3D Visualizer)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare Concept / Presentation design and Detailed drawings for all types of buildings.
With experience in the preparation of working drawings for authorities' submission and discussion.
Able to manage the design team and coordinate with other disciplines and Authorities.

Qualifications:

With a minimum of 8 years of Dubai, UAE work experience (up to 12 years) in the field of Engineering Consultancy firm.
knowledgeable in Dubai - Building Code & Regulations is required.
Knowledgeable in using design software such as REVIT (advanced level), 3D MAX (advanced level), LUMION (advanced level), AutoCAD (advanced level), Sketch–Up, Photoshop & others.
Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
